Matches the files After The Stockade Riots, a follow-up chain with several turn-ins (one step needs a group) ends in the Seal of Wrynn ring. Xaryu got it at level 20 and called it best in slot.
The files Seal of Wrynn 2933 is the vanilla rare ring, unchanged (ilvl 31: +3 Agi, +3 Str, +4 Int, +3 Spi, +4 Sta). It ends the vanilla Stockade chain (The Stockade Riots 391, then The Attack! 434, min level 16).

Matches the files The Stormwind Stockade drops a caster main-hand sword (2.3 speed). Its proc restores 6 health and 2 mana per 5 seconds for 15 seconds whenever one of your spells is resisted. Xaryu calls it a farm target and likely best in slot for the level-30 duel tournament, but its effect was not working yet.
The files The sword is Debt Collector 273827 (blue 1H sword, main hand, 2.3 speed, req 26): 'Grants 6 health and 2 mana every 5 sec for 15 sec when one of your spells is resisted' 1292594. The drop source and 'not working yet' are server-side.

Partly Stormwind Stockade quests (Alliance): five in total, worth almost 25k XP per chat. One is picked up in Lakeshire, one in Darkshire and three in Stormwind. The final boss is level 29. At level 25, Xaryu formed a level 22-26 group with a level-25 Paladin tank for it.
The files This matches the vanilla baseline. Leaving out the Wetlands quest 'The Fury Runs Deep' (Dun Modr), the Stockade quests are: 'What Comes Around...' (Lakeshire), 'Crime and Punishment' (Councilman Millstipe, Darkshire), and 'Quell The Uprising', 'The Color of Blood' and 'The Stockade Riots' (Stormwind). That is 5 quests, split 1/1/3. Bazil Thredd is level 29 in vanilla and is Forever's kill-statistic boss for the Stockade. Group Finder lists the Stockade at 24-32. The XP total is server-side.

Not in the files Stormwind Stockade at about level 20: the pull with Bazil Thredd nearly wiped Xaryu's group. The healer died and needed a battle-res, and Xaryu survived by chain-Polymorphing (DoTs kept breaking it), rank-1 Frostbolt kiting, Blink and Frost Nova.
The files Combat anecdote. Bazil Thredd is Stockade encounter 2760 (vanilla level 29).
