Refund policy

Changed your mind? Ask within 30 days of buying a guide pack and you get your money back in full. You don’t need a reason.

How to ask

• Through Paddle, which runs our checkout: go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you bought with, and ask for a refund there.
• Or write to us at hello@bindonforever.com with the email you bought with or your order number, and we’ll arrange it.

The money goes back the way you paid. Paddle processes it; how soon it shows up depends on your bank or card.

After a refund

The pack’s import string may stop working in later versions of the guide. Everything free in the addon keeps working as before.

After 30 days

The 30 days are for changing your mind. If a pack doesn’t do what we describe, at any time, write to us and we’ll fix it or refund it. Your rights under consumer law where you live apply on top of this policy.
