Where are the latest WoW Forever patch notes?

How often does WoW Forever get hotfixes?
Since launch on November 4, 2026, Blizzard has posted a hotfix list most days. Its November 6 class tuning post says class balance changes come on Tuesdays when they're needed.
What is the difference between a hotfix and a new build?
A hotfix changes the game on Blizzard's servers, with nothing to download. A new build is a client patch you download; we read its game files and list every change, including the ones Blizzard's notes leave out.
