Cats are unchanged in WoW Forever: Bite, Claw, Dash and Prowl, whose first attack from stealth gets +20% at rank 1 (client, build 70450). Fast cats like The Rake were the damage pick until testers saw pet damage evened out around build 70450. It eats meat, fish.
