The quest log Read the Encrypted Sigil and speak to Frahun Shadewhisper in Shadowglen.

    Conservator Ilthalaine at Shadowglen (58.7, 44.3)

    Rogues: if Ilthalaine has no Encrypted Sigil for you, carry on. It isn't confirmed in Forever yet.

    You need The Balance of Nature done first.

  2. Hand it in

    Frahun Shadewhisper at Shadowglen (59.6, 38.7)

    Frahun Shadewhisper is inside Aldrassil's base, up the ramp past the vendors.
