How to do it

The quest log Travel to Red Rocks east of Thunder Bluff and speak with the Ancestral Spirit.

  1. Pick it up

    Seer Wiserunner at Thunder Bluff (34.3, 43.3)

    Seer Wiserunner is inside a cave. The Windfury harpy grounds start just south of it.

    The Water of the Seers has no use after this. Delete it to free the slot.

    You need Rite of Vision done first.

  2. Hand it in

    Ancestral Spirit at Red Rocks (58.3, 30.7)
