The Cooldown Manager does not yet support spell ranks. This will be resolved in a future Beta update.
The files In 70009 the Cooldown Manager table listed every rank as its own entry (Priest had all 9 Renew ranks; 882 rows in all). Build 70170 cut it to one entry per spell (372 rows), matching the Oct 1 notes.
