The quest text

When the cult began their campaign of violence, the Peacekeepers and Windshapers responded with posturing. I saw this as foolish escalation so I advocated for peaceful dialogue. Yesterday I dispatched my friend Belathaan Brightwish to the Shrine of Akir, hoping to establish that dialogue. A box just arrived containing Belathaan's tongue, dipped in silver pigment. It's clear to me now that there is no reasoning with the cult. Kill any cultists you see, and bring me the prayer charms that they carry.

Collect 10 Al'Aketh Windstone Charms from Al'Aketh cultists found north of Valanaar at the Gustberry Fields or Shrine of Akir.
