In Blizzard's notes
What Blizzard said about Flamestrike, each line checked against the files.
- Not in the files
Fixed an issue where Impact could proc off of Flamestrike's periodic damage.
The files Impact (11103) and the Flamestrike ranks didn't change in 70291; whether a periodic tick can proc it is server logic.
