Improved Entangling Roots: Moved from row 2 down to row 3 and redesigned. Instead of preventing interruption, this talent now increases the damage done significantly and reduces the chance for other damage done to break the effect early.
The files Improved Entangling Roots (16918) moved from row 2 to row 3. It now adds 25/50/75% Roots damage and lets victims take 25/50/75% more damage before it breaks; Classic only kept Roots casts from being interrupted.
