Frenzied Regeneration: Now heals the Druid for 100% of max health over the duration (given sufficient Rage).
The files Frenzied Regeneration (22842) converts up to 10 Rage per second for 10 sec at 1% health per Rage point, so 100 Rage heals 100% (tooltip). Classic gave 10 health per Rage point.
