Regrowth: Ability cost reduced significantly, basing Mana cost more on the upfront heal, and less on the later ticks of periodic healing.
The files Regrowth costs 70 mana at rank 1 (Classic 120) and 525 at rank 9 (Classic 880) in SpellPower. Rank 1's upfront heal coefficient rose from 0.20 to 0.286.
