Matches the files New Dun Morogh quest: go northwest, recover Goswin's mechanics log and kill the Snow Leopard Prowler, for a six-slot bag reward.
The files Quest item 'Gozwin's Mechanic's Log' (277976). The Sept 24 dev notes: 'Dun Morogh - Snow Leopard Prowler has a much faster respawn time.' The bag reward is server-side.

Partly Hall of Thanes prerequisite: Dark Iron Dwarves in eastern Dun Morogh drop a map that starts a quest. You hand it to Earthseer Farsan on a mountain to the west, which unlocks 'Old Ironforge Incursion'. A breadcrumb from Belden Steelgrill in Kharanos leads to Farsan and adds a kill quest on the map-dropping dwarves.
The files Dark Iron Map 274268 starts 'Underground Map' (96391, level 15): 'Deliver the Dark Iron Map to Earthseer Farsen in Dun Morogh'. The kill quest is 'Nip 'Em in the Bud' (96390): 'Slay Dark Iron Spies... Ironband's Compound'. A spell 'Farsen's Farsight' 1293681 also exists. 'Old Ironforge Incursion' and the breadcrumb giver are server-side.

Partly New Dun Morogh quests flagged by a new-quest addon: one for an NPC heard as 'Greta Ganter' (kill snow leopards and ice claw bears and collect a sack of fish), and one from Father Gavin of the Argent Dawn.
The files Both givers are vanilla Dun Morogh NPCs with no quests in vanilla: Gretta Ganter (8508, Fisherman Supplies) and Father Gavin (1253, The Argent Dawn). So these are new Forever quests. The kill target is probably 'Frosthowl': Forever adds Frosthowl's Footwarmers 281322 (ilvl 9 leather boots, likely the reward). Quest objectives are server-side.

Not in the files New NPC type: Wendigo Shamans in a Dun Morogh cave, added to reflect Alliance having Shamans now. An Elder Wendigo is a dangerous add there.
The files Creature names are server-side. 'Wendigo Shaman' and 'Elder Wendigo' are not in client tables.
