Mangle the target for 160% normal damage and cause the target to take 30% additional damage from Bleed effects and Shred for 1 min. This ability benefits from and triggers all effects associated with Claw and Maul. Hitting a target with Mangle (Bear) also grants you 4 Attack Power for each point of your defense skill beyond 300. The files Threat amounts are server-side. The only 70170 change to Primal Bite (407995) is its tooltip, which now ends 'and generating a high amount of threat'.

Mangle has been renamed Primal Bite. Its signature debuff has been removed, so the former name no longer accurately represented the ability.
The files Build 70009 renamed all 4 ranks (407995, 1238069, 1238070, 1238073) from Mangle to Primal Bite and gave them a new icon. The effects are weapon damage plus a flat bonus, with no debuff.

Berserk: New talent 31-point gold medal talent inspired by its iteration in the original Wrath of the Lich King. This 15 second duration 3-minute cooldown ability is usable in Bear Form, Cat Form, or Dire Bear Form. It clears and grants immunity to Fear, removes the cooldown on Primal Bite and makes it strike up to 3 nearby targets, and increases the critical strike chance of all Cat Form Combo abilities by 100%.
The files Berserk (417141), Feral row 7, lasts 15 sec on a 3 min cooldown in Cat, Bear or Dire Bear Form. Primal Bite loses its cooldown and hits up to 3 targets, combo point builders get +100% crit, and it clears and blocks Fear (effects and tooltip).
