Fixed a bug causing Swipe to not scale with Attack Power. It will now correctly gain 3% of the Druid's attack power.
Developers' note: The tooltip will not update correctly until a future update.
The files None of the five Bear Swipe ranks (779, 780, 769, 9754, 9908) has an attack power coefficient in 70245 (BonusCoefficientFromAP 0) and none changed in 70170, so the 3% scaling lives on the server; Blizzard said the tooltip would lag behind.

Bear Swipe: Damaging attack that hits 3 targets.
The files Swipe (1264494 to 1264502) is on the Bear skill line only and hits 3 targets (3 chain targets); rank 5 deals 20 to 22 damage on a 5 sec cooldown.

Swipe: Now gains increased damage from Attack Power. Still only usable in Bear Form and Dire Bear Form and strikes 3 targets.
The files Swipe has no Attack Power coefficient in the client (83 damage at rank 5 in both), so the scaling is server-side. Bear and Dire Bear only (shapeshift mask 144) and 3 targets both match.

Feral Instinct: No longer increases threat in Bear Form. Instead, increases damage done by Swipe. Stealth bonuses unchanged.
The files Feral Instinct (16947) dropped the Bear threat effect (Classic up to 15%) for +10/20/30% Swipe damage. The Prowl bonus reaches 15 at max in both clients (5 ranks in Classic, 3 in 70245).
