Partly Old Fireeye spawns south of The Sepulcher near the gates of Gilneas (Silverpine). Using the Moonsilver Blade on him applies 'Holy Fire', +100% Holy damage taken, and Esfand's Judgement hit for about 150. Lumina Windsinger then infuses the blade into Wolfbane.
The files Chain items exist: Moonsilver Blade 268484 (2H sword, ilvl 31, 3.4 speed, +7 Int, +7 Sta) and its upgrade Wolfsbane 267369 (same base, +10 Int, +9 Sta). The NPCs, the Holy Fire debuff and spawn location are server-side.

Not in the files The Wolfbane chain starts with an escort near Fenris Isle/Fenris Keep (Silverpine) rescuing Lumina Windsinger. She is a Skyborne 'Windshaper' who then waits at The Sepulcher and gives 'A Moon-Kissed Blade' to avenge her guard Bannon, who turned worgen.
The files NPC names and quest titles are server-side. Chain items: Moonsilver Blade 268484 and Wolfsbane 267369.
