Partly Dalaran now stands fully visible in the Hillsbrad and Alterac area and is much taller than the old purple bubble. On the run past it to Ruins of Lordaeron, a Horde Warlock ganked Xaryu's level-16 Alliance group.
The files New Dalaran content around Alterac: a new 'Dalaran' signpost on map 0 at (-679, 40), new areas 'Old Dalaran Ruins' (17707, Alterac Mountains) and 'The Eventide' (17824, Dalaran). Sept 24 notes: 'Dalaran - Faction adjustments. Spawns are now present in the area just outside the city entrance.' Visual size and the gank are not checkable.

Partly With all three Wolfbane materials, Trevon sends you to Ott, a modest orc weaponsmith in Tarren Mill. He forges 'Ott's Masterwork', a Moonsilver Blade with a custom icon, which you show to Trevon before hunting Old Fireeye.
The files 'Ott's Masterwork' (268359, quest item) and 'Moonsilver Blade' (268484) exist. The NPC and Tarren Mill location are server-side.
