Matches the files Forsaken Paladins are directed around level 10 to Bandarion Keep (caption spelling) in the Whispering Wood, a formerly unreachable northwestern area of Tirisfal Glades; most of their class quests come from there.
The files AreaTable has 'Bandarion Keep' (16602) and 'Whispering Forest' (16616), both inside Tirisfal Glades (parent 85). The caption spelling of Bandarion Keep is right. The class-quest routing is unverifiable.

The files Silverlaine's Family Seal 6321 (blue ring, req 21) equip Lord of Shadowfang Keep 1292121: 'Increases movement speed by 2% in Tirisfal Glades, Silverpine Forest, and Shadowfang Keep.'

Partly The Whispering Wood (Tirisfal) has a low-level rare spawn, heard as 'Blight Skuller', with a huge hitbox that dropped a Decaying Flesh Belt.
The files Decaying Flesh Belt 283460 confirmed (uncommon, ilvl 12, req 7, +2 Int). The rare's name and hitbox are server-side.

Partly Shadowveil (heard 'Shadow Veil/Shadowvale') in the Whispering Wood is a small sub-area: one broken building, a mushroom-covered knight NPC bound by an oath to the place, and crypts that reuse the Karazhan-crypt art.
The files The subzone is 'Shadowvale' (AreaTable 16881, parent Tirisfal Glades), so the creator's alternative hearing was right. The crypt art and the oath-bound knight are not checkable.

Not in the files Bandarion Keep quests: Leonid sends you with a letter to a goblin (heard 'Glixzizix') in Undercity's Trade Quarter, citing his 'colorful history with the Dark Lady'. 'A Lesson in Divinity' sends Paladins to Undercity as well, and a 10 spell damage main-hand appeared as a reward.
The files NPC dialogue, the 'A Lesson in Divinity' quest and the goblin's name are server-side.
