Partly Durotar has a new Thunder Lizard quest whose reward is a staff. Near Fizzle Darkstorm's camp there is an elite tied to a quest; Shroudy and his friend insist it was not in Classic.
The files New quest item 'Charged Thunder Lizard Organ' (277665) fits a Durotar thunder-lizard quest. The staff reward and elite are server-side.

Partly Durotar has a new quest to defeat 'the Matriarch', which rewards a green item. The rest of the Durotar loop to level 10 (raptor eggs, Zalazane's skull, Durotar Tiger fur) is unchanged from Classic.
The files New quest item 'Bloodtalon Matriarch Eggs' (277128) fits a Durotar raptor-matriarch quest. The quest and reward are server-side.

Not in the files Shroudy found some shaded areas near Durotar pitch black with the new lighting, making it hard to see. He thinks this needs work.
